• Bloom Living: A flagship development launched in 2022, this AED 9 billion gated community spans 2.2 million square meters near Abu Dhabi International Airport. It encompasses over 4,500 villas, townhouses, and apartments, with six phases launched as of 2024, including Cordoba, Toledo, Casares, Granada, Seville, and Olvera. 

• Park View: Introduced in 2015 on Saadiyat Island, this project comprises 234 residential and hotel apartment units, strategically located opposite New York University’s campus. 

• Soho Square: A 10-story mixed-use development on Saadiyat Island, initiated in 2016, offering contemporary residential units alongside retail and commercial spaces.

• Bloom Marina: Located in Al Bateen, Abu Dhabi, this project features luxury residences, hotels, and various retail and dining options, providing a waterfront lifestyle. 

International Ventures:

• South Broadway Project: In 2016, Bloom Holding announced a development in downtown Rochester, Minnesota, USA, involving the renovation of a building to provide up to 20,000 square feet of office space. 

• Uppingham Cairo: In 2022, Bloom Holding entered a joint venture to launch Uppingham Cairo, a K-12 co-educational international school located in New Giza, west of Cairo, Egypt. 

• Mabel Marbella Residences: In 2024, Bloom Holding partnered with Mabel Real Estate to co-develop a luxury residential project in Marbella, Spain, spanning over 100,000 square meters in the prestigious Golden Mile area.
